Gauging the Importance of Strategic Foresight Factors Affecting Public Organisational Dynamic Capabilities

This paper presents a study on determine the importance of strategic foresight factors affecting dynamic capabilities an organisation. Literature review found that 19 which are clustered in five domains namely environmental scanning; scenario planning; knowledge creation; culture and formal organization. Data collection adopted purposive random sampling technique questionnaire survey amongst individuals who involved decision-maker position UAE organizations. A total 209 respondents participated survey. The analysis collected data 11 having high degree for domains, four out importance. It also domain is highest rank then follows by planning, organisation, creation last scanning domain. research can conclude utilisation has potential role improving public organisations as well country's national economic expansion. Therefore, policy makers decision need to be innovative focus combining through utilizing significant/important enhance current status organizations with future nature requirements work.
